Call Control
Often a business may not necessarily need an assistant to help with calls due to
the nature of the company, so we also provide a range of call-control products,
helping your business be cost-effective without hindering optimal customer service.
All call-control services can be combined with personal telephone answering or employed
as a stand alone service.
Voicemail 2 Email
With our voicemail to email service you can check your own voicemails without dialling
into the mailbox. Your voicemails are automatically sent to your email inbox with
a notification and an MP3 file attached. This means you can pick up your voicemail
wherever you are as long as you have access to your email; just open the file and
listen to your message.
Fax 2 Email
Oceanic fax service can automatically deliver faxes to your email account as PDF
attachments. We will assign a personalised fax number for your business and all
incoming faxes are then sent directly to you as a PDF email attachment. This eliminates
the need for a fax machine and fax telephone line, and is cost-efficient as well
as environmentally friendly for your business as you have no need for a fax machine,
ink/toner or paper.
Conference Calling
With our conference calling bridge, we give you the ability to connect with your
clients and staff at any time. Our conferencing system allows you to control your
own virtual conference room. Your PA will assign the dial-in number to your business
and notify your guests, each with a pin code, and you can host your call at any
time. This enables various different people in any location to dial in and participate
in your meeting. You can also request to have your conference calls recorded and
emailed to you as MP3 files. Your PA can also invite and dial your guests in.
Phone Locator
As an extension of our business image line, our phone locator service enables you
to nominate various numbers where you would like your calls answered, which are
then programmed to your main line. This service enables the system to find an alternative
number in the queue where the first call is not answered. This seeks out where you
would like your calls answered, for instance your landline first, if not then your
mobile and as a back-up the call will divert to Oceanic’s receptionists. You will
never miss another call again.
Oceanic Call Control & Bespoke IVR
IVR - short for Interactive Voice Response - is a technology that automates interactions
with your telephone callers. Companies are increasingly turning to IVR to reduce
the cost of common sales, service, collections, inquiry and support calls to and
from their company.
