When founded in 1998, Lorraine Byrne had identified a gap in the market and seen
the increasing popularity of business to business outsourcing by means of telephone,
secretarial and PA assistance. Since establishment, the concept of the virtual working
organisation has grown considerably so with the strong relationships built with
clients and colleagues over the years, Oceanic has been lucky to be in a position
